August 2019 - Canada increased its investment in the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria by 15.7%, from $ CAD 804 Million (2017 – 2019) to $ CAD 930.4 Million (2020 – 2022). This is fantastic news as it is an investment that will contribute to 16 million lives saved – and is a testament to Canada’s continued leadership in global health.

August 2019 - The Ottawa group was created in early 1988 and has been at the forefront of some incredible successes since its inception. Volunteers get together on a monthly basis to learn about timely issues and solutions to ending extreme poverty and then collectively plan their advocacy actions. Needless to say that the group is comprised of dedicated, hard-working and passionate individuals.

March 2019 - Tayler joined the Results Carleton University Group in early fall 2018 and has proven to be a driving force ever since. In addition to her involvement with Results Canada, Tayler also sits on a Youth Advisory Council to provide perspective to a Working Group that aims to further the Sustainable Development Goal 4 on quality education.
