Hi there! I’m Iris, French-born and raised but the last six years took me across the globe where I studied, worked, and built pieces of home along the way. My international journey started with a bachelor’s degree in the UK and eventually took me to the LSE and the Munk School, where I completed a double Master’s in Public Administration and Global Affairs with a focus on development and human rights.
Before joining Results, I worked at UNESCO developing global sport policy standards. That experience strengthened my love for policy work and highlighted the importance of building strong global health systems, which ultimately brought me here as Policy and Advocacy Officer working on global health and, more specifically, tuberculosis. At Results, I advocate for equitable health solutions, alongside Ekatha and Dominique, on the maternal and child health portfolio.

Outside of work, I’m very much the same person: someone who cares deeply about people, and just as deeply about animals. My dogs bring me immense joy, and their selfless, spontaneous nature teaches me daily lessons I try to carry into my values. I’m also a big history enthusiast; I truly believe history helps us understand how societies behave, reminding us of the importance of learning from the past to act wisely in the present. My personal “Roman Empire”? Quite literally the fall of the Roman Empire, a fascinating reminder of how civilizations can change, forget, and evolve.
A fun fact about me: after moving four times in the last two years, I’ve become impressively good at packing light. And now, having made my way back to Canada, a country that has always felt like home, I’m grateful for the chance to give back through the work I do every day.
